The Institute of Mathematics invites researchers, scholars, and students to Congruence & Convergence, a premier academic conference celebrating the 65th birthday of Dr. Fidel Nemenzo.

A distinguished number theorist and transformative academic leader, Dr. Nemenzo’s influence spans from his pioneering research in elliptic curves and coding theory to his visionary term as Chancellor of UP Diliman. This milestone event serves as both a scholarly forum and a tribute to a mentor who has inspired a generation of Filipino mathematicians.
