The Institute of International Legal Studies of the University of the Philippines Law Center is hosting a Lecture by Professor Jacqueline Peel entitled “Implications of the ITLOS, IAtCHR, and ICJ Advisory Opinions for Corporate Accountability” on 18 February 2026 at the Malcolm Theater, UP Diliman from 10:00 AM – 11:40 AM. Registration begins at 9:30 AM.

Prof. Peel is a leading, internationally-recognized expert in the field of environmental and climate change law and has written extensively on international environmental law and climate change litigation.

Prof. Jacqueline Peel’s lecture will be followed by reactions from the academe, the civil society, and private organizations.
