Tambali is an interdisciplinary conference that addresses the growing mental health concerns in Filipino communities through culturally grounded, spiritually rooted, and integrative approaches to healing. Anchored in the Visayan concept of Tambali, meaning “healing” or “remedy,” the conference emphasizes that trauma is not only individual, but also collective, generational, and deeply connected to culture, history, and spirituality. It was launched during Pag-aboll 2025: International Conference on Mindanao Studies last November 21, 2025 at
Malagos Garden Resort, Davao City.
