DESCRIPTION:The University of the Philippines Manila will celebrate the 40th UP Manila Day and the 43rd Anniversary of the Health Sciences Center Autonomy in the last week of October 2022.\n\nThe highlight of the celebration is the recognition of the outstanding achievements and performance of UP Manila constituents in different categories. We are inviting nominations for the following awards:\n\n1. Outstanding Teacher\n2. Outstanding Researcher\n3. Outstanding Faculty in Extension Service\n4. Outstanding Research\, Extension\, and Professional Staff (REPS)\n5. Outstanding Administrative Personnel (Second Level)\n6. Outstanding Administrative Personnel (First Level)\n7. Outstanding Student\n8. Outstanding Student Organization\n9. Outstanding Artist\n10. Outstanding Athlete\n\nThe nominees will be screened by the 2022 Gawad Chancellor Subcommittees for each category which were constituted through AO No. CCDP 2022-148.\n\nThe nomination should be submitted via google drive https://bit.ly/GoogledriveGAWADCHANCELLOR using the prescribed forms and with the required supporting documents no later than 16 September 2022\, Friday\, 5:00 pm.\n\nForms and guidelines for each category can be accessed at https://bit.ly/2022GawadChancellor\n\nThe Subcommittees are expected to submit on or before Friday\, 7 October 2022\, the results of their evaluations to the 2022 UP Manila Foundation Celebration Committee\, through its Chair\, Former Dean\, Dr. Danilo L. Magtanong of the College of Dentistry.
