DESCRIPTION:Free Basic IACUC Online Training (April 22 to May 6\, 2024)\n\nThe UP Manila’s Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee has organized a Free Basic IACUC Training. This is an asynchronous and self-paced online course that will be open from April 22 to May 6\, 2024. This is available for the UP Community only. The UP Manila faculty\, students\, and staff who plan or are practicing biomedical research are encouraged to join. This is required for all personnel on an IACUC protocol.\n\nThis basic online course covers topics on animal welfare\, legal bases\, the institutional animal care and use committee\, and the fundamentals of animal use in research. A certificate of completion will be awarded to the participants who complete the online module and pass 70% of the assessment within the given timeframe.\n\nRegister through bit.ly/freeacut24 or scan the QR code found in the poster.
