DESCRIPTION:Have fun learning all about dog training and disaster preparedness with the UPMV K9 Corps!\n\nEstablished in 2017\, the University of the Philippines –Metro Manila Development Authority – UP Vanguard\, Inc. (UPMV) K9 Corps is a non-profit partnership aimed at training local communities and their pets in basic search-and-rescue and disaster response. To date\, there are already close to a hundred volunteers and K9s in the program\, with Batch 11 already in training.\n\nThis year\, we’re celebrating seven years of resilience and community spirit with “Aso ni Juan: Getting Ready for the Big One! Presents BARK-kada!”\, a four-week festival of fun and games aimed at helping everyone get ready for the unexpected with our family\, friends – and\, of course\, our fur babies – by our side.\n\nIt’s a whole month of bonding\, learning\, and playing\, all aimed at getting us all ready for anything that may come our way.
