The classic masterpiece Walang Sugat\, written by Severino Reyes in 1898\, will take center stage once again to highlight its historical significance and artistic legacy.\n\nOn March 4\, 2025\, a special lecture and presentation titled “Revisiting A Filipino Zarzuela: The Walang Sugat Experience” will be held at the UP College of Music Dance Studio at 3:30 PM. Led by Dr. Alegria O. Ferrer\, this public event\, which is open to the public\, will explore the historical context\, musical elements\, and enduring impact of Walang Sugat.
