Novel Opportunities in Philippine Food Technology

Mung bean (Vigna radiata) Proteins in Focus: Properties, Applications, and Potential in the Philippine Setting

This free webinar targets a broad audience ranging from general consumers, food industry workers, food science and technology practitioners in the industry and the academe.
