“My Persuasion Can Build a Nation”

“My Persuasion Can Build a Nation” features a panel discussion which aims to answer the question: What futures are envisioned for Speech 30 by the DSCTA in its 65th year and beyond?
Asst. Prof. Holden Alcazaren will be discussing the pedagogical approaches to public speaking and persuasion. Asst. Prof. Charles Ladia will take us through how Speech 30 might open up discourse on ongoing political, civic, and ethical concerns in Philippine society today. Asst. Prof. Ma. Theresa de Guzman will be looking into the integration of both traditional and modern media technologies in the course.
We will also have with us Director of the GE Center, Assoc. Prof. Anna Sibayan-Sarmiento as reactor.
