We send our deepest sympathies to the family of Dr. Sonia P. Formacion (PhD in Statistics, UPD). She passed on October 18, 2024.
She was a retired Professor and a former Chair at the Division of Physical Sciences and Mathematics. She was also CAS Dean, Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development, and Faculty Regent.
Her wake is scheduled on October 23-26, 2024 at St. Peter Chapels, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, on October 27, 2024 at Porras Memorial Chapels, Lapaz, Iloilo City. A necrological service will be held at 6:00PM, October 27. Interment is on October 28, 2024, 2:00PM, at Iloilo Memorial Park, Jaro, Iloilo City.
