“Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas”

As spearheaded by the UP Manila – Museum of a History of Ideas together with the UP Manila Center for Women’s and Gender Studies, the University of the Philippines Manila joins in the celebration of the National Women’s Month 2025 this March, with the theme, “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas”.
In line with this, there will be an exhibit of HerStory from the Philippine Commission on Women, Women’s Right compack exhibit provided by Presidential Communications Office – Bureau of Communications Services and National Historical Commission of the Philippines’ Tagubilin: The Life and Lesson of Gregoria de Jesus (Oryang@150: The 150th Birth Anniversary of Gregoria de Jesus) in the lobby of the museum.
We would like to invite everyone to join us on March 24 – 28, 2025 as we have prepared some exciting and interactive week-long activities. This includes the poster – slogan making contest that will be held in the museum on March 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
