ELSL also presents an inspiring lineup of speakers who will share their expertise, experiences, and perspectives on how learning shapes landscapes, minds, and communities.

🎙️ L. Arch. Honorio Palarca, PhD, is a professional Landscape Architect and Environmental Planner and is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Diliman and Miriam College Katipunan. He worked in various forms of governments and in cross-cultural settings, and applied local level planning, employment creation and livelihood recovery initiatives through rural infrastructure development.

*This talk serves as a self-directed learning opportunity and may be applied toward earning CPD Points.

🎙️ L.Arch. Zenaida C. Galingan, belongs to the first batch of graduates of Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) from the University of the Philippines. She joined the faculty of the UP College of Architecture right after she finished her Master of Landscape Architecture from the same university in 1994. She served as associate professor and landscape architecture program director for several years and is currently a professorial lecturer. Her professional knowledge covers more than thirty years of professional practice aside from teaching.

She was involved in numerous landscape development projects and had published and co-authored several papers and theses on different aspects of the profession.
