The board members of the UP Alumni Association Baguio-Northern Luzon Chapter (2015-2023), led by former President Mrs. Lilia R. Bautista, with former Vice President Atty. Shellah Yzanne D. Merced, Secretary Hon. Isagani G. Calderon, Ms. Monalie A. Sta.Cruz-Romero (Treasurer), Atty. John Ray M. Libiran (PRO), and Directors Dr. Mario G. Imson and Mr. Benedicto A. Alhambra donated the amount of Php 188,000.00 in year 2023 for the renovation and refurbishing of various structural and functional components of the Student Alumni Center, UP Baguio to improve the student offices of the University Student Council (USC), Outcrop (student newspaper), Council of Leaders (CL), and other common areas.  

Construction started in December 2024, headed by Vice Chancellor for Administration Prof. Jerico Bacani, with Supervising Administrative Officer Ms. Irene J. Enriquez and Junior Office Associate Engr. Darvin A. Caliton and the UPCB Educational Foundation, Inc. Executive Director, Prof. Cecilia Fe L Sta Maria-Abalos, and was completed in April 2025.  

The official turnover of the refurbished Student Alumni Center to the officers of the Student Council, editorial board of Outcrop, and officers of the Council of Leaders was held on May 16, 2025, attended by the former UPAA Baguio-Northern Luzon Chapter (2015-2023) board of directors.  Chancellor Joel M. Addawe, Vice Chancellor Jerico Bacani, staff members Ms. Irene Enriquez, and Engr. Darvin Caliton was also present during the event.  The renovated office spaces and common areas are designed to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the Student Alumni Center of UP Baguio. 

UP Baguio continues to develop the campus spaces so more students, alumni, faculty members, and non-teaching staff can make use of the space.
