Every student organization carries stories worth preserving. ✨

From Memory to Legacy is a two-day capacity-building seminar-workshop that empowers student organizations to care for, preserve, and share their collective histories through inclusive, ethical, and sustainable archiving practices.

This initiative recognizes that every org—regardless of size, age, or advocacy—contributes to the living memory of the University. Through learning and collaboration, we nurture a culture of care where documentation becomes an act of solidarity, continuity, and belonging.

✔️ Limited slots (maximum of 3 participants per organization)
✔️ Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
✔️ Snacks and lunch will be provided.
✔️ Certificates of Participation will be issued only to participants who attend both (2) days of the workshop.

📌 What to Bring on Day 1:
Bring a sample of organizational documents you wish to archive (physical or digital). Kindly place them in an expanding folder.
