IB 40th Anniversary Seminar: Using Biological Principles in Good Governance

In celebration of the Institute of Biology’s 40th Anniversary, we are hosting a special webinar titled “Using Biological Principles in Good Governance.” We are honored to welcome Hon. Maria Elena Ramona M. Ragragio, Mayor of Magallanes, Sorsogon, as our guest speaker to discuss how scientific frameworks can drive innovation in public service.

The session will be held on February 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM via Zoom, with Dr. Lerrie Ann Ipulan-Colet as our moderator.
