The UP Asian Center invites the public to an onsite lecture, Studying Maritime Piracy in Southeast Asia: Theories, Methods, and Research Frontiers, featuring Assoc. Prof. Xu Ke, Ph.D. of the School of International Relations, Xiamen University. The lecture offers a critical examination of how piracy is studied and understood across the region.
