This year’s speaker is none other than the legendary Miranda Fricker, Julius Silver Professor of Philosophy of NYU, Co-Director of the New York Institute. She is the author of Epistemic Injustice: Power and the Ethics of Knowing (2007); co-author and co-editor of Reading Ethics (2009); and co-editor of collections in Feminist Philosophy and Social Epistemology (2000).
