COMING UP: 2026 Grand Scientific Symposium

The University of the Philippines College of Medicine invites physicians, residents, and allied health professionals to the Grand Scientific Symposium 2026 on October 8–9, 2026, in Quezon City.

A wide range of health issues will be discussed during the two-day symposium, including innovations in beauty and aesthetics, obesity, diabetes, metabolic changes, hormones, muscle health, menopause among men and women, and lifestyle factors.

The scientific program will also explore clinical practice guidelines and their impact on Filipinos, stress management, workplace safety, community and road safety, and cancer care, including precision medicine, new surgical techniques, nutrition, and hospice care.
