A Cebuano adaptation of “Sa Ngalan sa Amahan”

With great pride and honor, UPSTAGE introduces our very own member-alumnus 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐫 as 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨! 🕯

In upholding the law to defend and protect its people, Major Alex Castro partners with Emmanuel Villasante to capture the individual whom they considered an “enemy of the state”.

Atty. Malagar is the second and current chancellor of the University of the Philippines Cebu. He was a graduate of BA Political Science in at the same university and took his law degree at UP Diliman. While finishing his law degree, he was a member of the Board of Regents in the UP System and was later appointed as the UP Student Regent.

While juggling his college whereabouts, our ever-active Chancellor was also a member of UPSTAGE and participated in various theatrical performances and workshops along with our current organization adviser Prof. Ligaya Rabago.

This marks his first special participation as UPC Chancellor in the play Sa Ngalan Sa Amahan.
