The NCPAG community extends its condolences to the family of Dr. Emmanuel “Boyie” E. Buendia, former Team Leader of the Democratic Governance Unit of the United Nations Development Programme. Dr. Boyie was an esteemed partner and dear friend of NCPAG. He served as a lecturer and constant collaborator in many capacity building and knowledge production endeavors, particularly in the field of democratic governance where he specialized as doctoral student at the College. He will be missed.
Rest in peace, Dr. Boyie.
