In celebration of the 75th diplomatic anniversary between the Philippines and Korea, UP KRC is organizing the very first Philippine K-culture Conference that dedicates to invite scholars who will share research on a variety of aspects of Korean culture, including K-pop, media (e.g., television/OTT/film), fandom, gaming, webtoons, food, fashion, and other cultural phenomena. With international speakers and local scholars, the conference looks forward to discussions and exchange of insights in depth in the Philippine as well as global K-culture arenas.
