Event Announcement!

The UP NCPAG – Center for Leadership, Citizenship and Democracy invites you to attend the 2nd PAntalastasan International Academic Seminar to be held on March 18 at 9:30-11:30 am in UP-NCPAG Case Room.

Dr. Risako Ishii, UP-NCPAG Visiting Professor, will present her paper entitled “A Consideration of Intermediary Organizations in the Philippines – Insights from the Case of CSO Academy.” Her paper examines the role and contribution of intermediary organizations, such as the Pasig City’s CSO Academy, in enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations for their genuine participation in the governance processes of the local government unit.

Dr. Erwin Alampay will serve as Reactor.
