About the Speaker:

EMI ENGLIS is a luxe wear designer, creative entrepreneur, multidisciplinary design educator, researcher, and advocate for regenerative and sustainable design. He holds pivotal roles as president of the Davao Fashion and Design Council Foundation, Inc., board member of the Philippine Fashion Coalition, and head of PWC at Davao Center for Innovation and Social Venture. With a solid foundation in Fine Arts and Design, backed by both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, he has garnered international recognition and earned certifications in various design programs. Recently appointed as a private sector representative to the Design Advisory Council (DAC) of the Design Center of the Philippines, he passionately champions education and creative research for innovation, development, and enterprise in the industry.
