The College of Home Economics, through the UP Diliman Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management (DHRIM), proudly highlights “Binhi ng Arkipelago: A Coffee Cupping Workshop on Philippine Coffee Beans,” an experiential learning event organized by the students of the Event Management class (DO-ZE Events).

This event is the first of its kind — a coffee cupping workshop featuring Philippine coffee beans sourced from various coffee-producing regions across the country. It is held in partnership with the Philippine Coffee Board, highlighting the diversity and richness of local coffee while promoting appreciation for sustainable Philippine coffee practices.

The session features two esteemed industry leaders:
Mr. Robert Francisco — Technical Director, Philippine Coffee Board Inc.
