The UP Vargas Museum launches its summer art workshops for children this 2024! The art workshops for children is a program of creative activities for young people interested in the arts. Join us for a Pulp Painting Paper making Workshop with Francine Lima on May 18, 25, and June 01 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon (all Saturdays).
The three-day paper making workshop for children covers introduction to pulp painting through hands-on activities where children can learn traditional and modern paper making using natural materials. Register to participate, bit.ly/UPVMPaperMaking2024.

About the facilitator:
Francine Lima is an artist and paper maker based in Metro Manila. She is a graduate of Studio Arts (Painting) at the University of the Philippines College of Fine Arts. She has facilitated various paper making workshops for different communities such as with 98B Collaboratory, Common Room PH, and at Filipinas Heritage Library.
