In 2024, Korea and the Philippines celebrate the 75th anniversary of official bilateral relations. Since two countries officially established bilateral ties on March 3, 1949, there have been countless partnerships and cooperation.
In celebration of this meaningful endeavor, UP KRC, UP Office of International Linkages (OIL), UP College of Arts and Letters (CAL) in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines will invite Ambassador Sang-hwa Lee to give a speech entitled, “Korea and the Philippines: 75 Years of Friendship and Partnership”.
