Legacy Lecture of Dr. Rogelio V. Cuyno “Reflections on Building a Higher Education Institution”

As the University of the Philippines (UP) Mindanao looks forward to celebrating its 30th Founding Anniversary in 2025, it is imperative to look back at the past and learn about the beginnings of our university.
Hence, the Office of Research is pleased to invite everyone to the Legacy Lecture of the first chancellor of the UP Mindanao, Dr. Rogelio V. Cuyno, entitled “Reflections on Building a Higher Education Institution.” Dr. Cuyno’s legacy lecture will take place on 6 July 2023, 1:00 to 5:00 PM, at the Lemito, University Library, UP Mindanao Campus, Mintal, Davao City.
Invited reactors from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), the UP alumni group, and the current UP Min administration will also share their insights after Dr. Cuyno’s lecture. HEI administrators, faculty and staff, students, and alumni are welcome to join.
