Our speakers are Prof. Cleto L. Nañola Jr., PhD (UP Mindanao), Ms. Ronela Narag (UP Los Baños), and Prof. Nelson Jose Vincent B. Querijero (UP Los Baños) who will talk about the complexities and best practices in managing R&D procurement within the academic and research institution framework.
