The National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) and the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines will hold the 6th International Academic Seminar with the topic, “Open Government and Citizen Participation.”

Time: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Venue: NCPAG Case Room, UP Diliman, Quezon City

In coordination with the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines, UP NCPAG will host Dr. Brian MacHarg, a U.S. expert from Appalachian State University, who will be in the country under a U.S. Department of State-funded program.

He will also be joined by Dr. Abaraham Manalo, Asst. Professor, UP NCPAG as the reactor.
