“Pang-asoy: Restorying Landscapes in a Changing Climate of Cebu”

The UP Cebu College of Communication, Art, and Design is hosting the “Pang-asoy: Restorying Landscapes in a Changing Climate of Cebu” on February 1, 8-5 PM at Cinematheque (Plenary) and GE classrooms (breakout sessions). This workshop aims to document lost, at-risk, or degraded cultural and natural heritage in selected communities in Cebu due to climate change.
Attend and see how else can communicators, artists, cultural workers, and culture bearers incubate or scale creative ideas on restorative economies and regenerative ecosystems to address climate vulnerabilities in Cebu.
As an output of this workshop, a community museum will be launched in the middle of the year to show the documentation findings and showcase the imagined regenerative future of the selected communities in Cebu.
