The Himangraw seminar series on research and developments in biology and environmental science is part of the 50th founding anniversary celebration of the University of the Philippines Tacloban College. The inaugural lecture kicked off on May 25, 2023, with “Kalibungan: Sustaining Biodiversity in a Rapidly Changing World,” a lecture-discussion with Dr. Jayson C. Ibañez, Director of Research and Conservation of the Philippine Eagle Foundation.
