“Philippine Gastronomy: Understanding and Valorizing our Cuisine”

The UP Center for International Studies invites everyone to a public lecture on September 12, 2025 (Friday) at 4:30 – 6:30 PM at Classroom C, Benton Hall, UP Diliman.

Chef Claude Tayag, a Filipino artist, restaurateur and food writer will give a lecture on “Philippine Gastronomy: Understanding and Valorizing our Cuisine”

This public lecture is part of the PILAK PANAYAM, a series of lectures celebrating the 25th year of the Center’s founding on 10 October 2000. This lecture is free and open to the public.
