Human rights stalwart, Atty. Neri Colmenares of the National Union of People’s Lawyers, and Rise Up for Life and for Rights’ Rubilyn Litao will talk about the Philippines’ infamous War on Drugs and its consequences, including the imminent probe before the International Criminal Court.
