Pugngi ta: A Seminar-workshop on the prevention of online sexual abuse and exploitation of children

UP Tacloban’s Division of Social Sciences and Gender and Development Program will hold a seminar-workshop for barangay officials on the prevention of online sexual abuse and exploitation of children on 29 March 2023 at the UP Tacloban AS Conference Room.

Forty members of the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children from 20 barangays in Tacloban City will attend the seminar-workshop which aims to equip community leaders with basic knowledge and skills to strengthen mechanisms for the protection of children from trafficking and sexual abuse.

The seminar-workshop is part of UP Tacloban’s Women Wednesdays series of activities in celebration of National Women’s Month.
