The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Office of the Associate Dean for Research and Public Service (OADREPS) invites you this March 22 (Wednesday), 1 pm – 3 pm, at the UPM CAS Theatre for the second installment of the Research Made Easy seminar series entitled “Research Made Easy: Grant Writing”. Do not miss out on this in-person seminar which will tackle the ins and outs of writing effective research grant proposals.
All UPM faculty, students, and REPS are all invited.

About the Speaker
Dr. Marilou G. Nicolas −a well-published chemist, biochemist, and molecular biologist−was named one of the Top 1000 scientists in the Philippines by Alper-Doger (AD) Scientific Index in 2022. She obtained her B.Sc. in Chemistry from UP Diliman, her M.Sc. in Biochemistry from UP Manila, and her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from UP Diliman. She founded and established the Peptidomics and Natural Products Laboratory at CAS through research grants from UP Manila, UP System and the Department of Science and Technology.
