Webinar #154
Kaya Mo, Kaya Ko, Kaya Natin Ito: Resilience Among Young People”

As the world navigates through the challenges posed by the ongoing global health crisis, it is vital to recognize the importance of resilience among young people. This webinar aims to explore the concept of resilience and its significant role in the lives of young individuals and to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by young people today in order to equip participants with practical strategies to support their resilience.

Resilience is a critical attribute that enables individuals to adapt, bounce back, and thrive in the face of adversity. In this webinar, we will delve into the various factors that contribute to the development of resilience in young people and how it can be fostered within different contexts, including healthcare settings, educational institutions, and communities.

Our main speakers are both past presidents of the Philippine Psychiatric Association. Our main presenter is Dr. Norieta C. Balderrama, Associate Professor of the PGH Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine. Our reactor is Dr. Cynthia R. Leynes, Professor Emeritus of the PGH Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine. The Synthesis and Closing Remarks will be delivered by the Head of the PGH Office of Expanded Education and Training, Dr. Stella Marie L. Jose.

Together, let us empower the next generation with resilience, fortitude, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with strength and confidence.

Together, we can STOP C.O.V.I.D. DEATHS!
