Cosmetic surgery is a rapidly evolving field that offers transformative benefits to countless individuals. However, ensuring safety during these procedures is paramount. Frontline healthcare workers, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians, will gain valuable knowledge to enhance patient care and safety during cosmetic surgeries. Attendees will gain insights into making informed decisions when considering cosmetic procedures, ensuring their well-being is prioritized throughout the process. This event aims to foster a deeper understanding of safety measures in cosmetic surgery and our expert panel will share their insights, best practices, and experiences in promoting a culture of safety within the cosmetic surgery industry.

This week on STOP COVID DEATHS, our main speaker is Dr. Jose Joven Cruz, who serves as Professor of Plastic Surgery and Associate Dean at the UP College of Medicine; an Attending Plastic Surgeon, Department of Surgery at the UP-Philippine General Hospital; Current Regent of the Philippine College of Surgeons; and Past President of the Philippine Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeons, Inc. Our reactor is Dr. Eric Perpetuo Arcilla, who is the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery of the Department of Surgery, UP-Philippine General Hospital. The Synthesis and Closing Remarks will be delivered by Dr. Stella Marie L. Jose, who is the Head of the Office of Expanded Education and Training at the UP Philippine General Hospital.
