Abstract

Cory Aquino called for civil disobedience during the EDSA revolution. One way of civil disobedience was the nonpayment of electricity bills to Meralco, which was then controlled by the Marcos cronies. After the revolution, however, civil disobedience deteriorated people’s morale on electricity use, resulting in an increase in electricity pilferage.

You may bring your lunch and eat during the talk.
PS. on coffee: we encourage bringing of own cups/tumblers to lessen use of disposables.
