TUGMA a Bagu: An Asian Music Concert by UP Tugma

Finally, after three years of the pandemic UP TUGMA is back with an Asian Music concert: TUGMA a Bagu!
The term “a Bagu” is a Maguindanaon term that is used to describe modern forms of traditional kulintang rhythmic modes. It captures the theme of this semester’s concert which features the new faces of UP TUGMA!
The concert will showcase performances of the Javanese Gamelan, Japanese Koto, Philippine Rondalla, Cordillera Bamboo, and the Palabunibunyan Ensemble.
