We’re thrilled to officially invite you to the College of Home Economics (CHE)’s 62nd Founding Anniversary Celebration on September 25, 2023, Monday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at CHE Gusali 2 ABC. 🎂🎉
Theme: 🌟 Laro at Lasang Pinoy 🌟
This theme aligns perfectly with CHE’s core value of promoting good health and overall well-being. Join us in celebrating with a Pinoy Games Festival, an excellent way to enhance teamwork, communication skills, sportsmanship, and social interactions through friendly competition.
But that’s not all! Good health goes hand in hand with good nutrition. So, we’ve prepared a delectable array of Filipino meals to delight your taste buds. 🍽️
And the cherry on top? The launch of our commemorative recipe book, “Tara, Igma Ta! Kaon Ran!” 📖 This book not only offers delicious and healthy recipes but also preserves the heritage and traditions of Filipino cuisines.
Our festival aims to promote physical activity, teamwork, communication, sportsmanship, social interaction, good health, and Filipino culture within the CHE community. 🇵🇭
🏆 The Pinoy Games Festival will be a fun-filled event, with teams including faculty, staff, students, and alumni:
Team 1 (Red) – DCTID
Team 2 (Yellow) – DFLCD
Team 3 (Green) – DFSN
Team 4 (Blue) – DHRIM
Team 5 (Pink) – DHEEd
Team 6 (Orange) – Other CHE staff and custodial workers
Through this celebration, we’ll have fun, form stronger bonds, and prioritize our health and well-being. 🤗 This aligns perfectly with Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being.

Limited Budget, Unlimited Creativity: Express your creativity at our shirt silk screen printing station in the Alonso Hall lobby from September 11 to 22. Bring your plain shirts in the assigned team color, and either print them yourself or get assistance. Don’t miss this opportunity!
