UP Manila College of Nursing National Policy Dialogue

The UP Manila College of Nursing is leading a National Policy Dialogue on supporting frontline health workers’ resilience and retention during the pandemic and beyond on November 10-11, 2022.
The Policy Dialogue aims to:
1. Describe the impact of Covid-19 on the health system, particularly the health workforce of the Philippines;
2. Review actions to support frontline health workers’ resilience to the COVID-19 pandemic, identifying impactful solutions and innovative approaches (policy and programs); and
3. Identify priorities (“bundles of linked policies”) that can be taken to enhance the retention of frontline health workers and address stressors in their workplaces.
