Hospital Preparedness for Emergencies (HOPE) is a course of the Program for Enhancement of Emergency Response that was developed by the United States Agency for International Development through its Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance in collaboration with the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center, John Hopkins University, National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal, and a team of leading experts from the Asia Pacific region.
The course has been tested and delivered in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, and the Philippines. A certificate that contains the logo of the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center: Program for Enhancement of Emergency Response will be handed to each participant after finishing the course.
