In celebration of the University of the Philippines’ 118th Foundation Anniversary and UP Public Service Day, UP Mindanao invites everyone to join a fun-filled and energizing Dance Fitness Session!

This activity is part of the Pag-amuma sa Kaugalingon (Care for Self) component of our umbrella program, โ€œPag-amuma sa Kaugalingon, Komunidad og Kinaiyahanโ€, which promotes holistic well-being, active living, and self-care through meaningful community engagement.
Whether you’re looking to learn new moves, stay active, or simply enjoy a morning of music and movement, this beginner-friendly event is perfect for you. Bring your friends, family, and colleagues. Everyone is welcome!
