The University of the Philippines Office of the President, Orkestra ng Bayan Inc., and the UP Symphony Orchestra present RHYTHM AND ECHOES.
In celebration of the Arts Month, the UP Symphony Orchestra will perform Stravinsky’s The Firebird, Bizet’s L’Arlésienne, Debussy’s Fêtes, Santos’s L’Bad, and Omori’s world premiere of Thunderbird for marimba and symphony orchestra featuring Kana Omori, marimba..
RHYTHM AND ECHOES explores how sound travels across cultures, generations, and imagination—where primal pulse meets modern expression. Join us for an evening that celebrates music’s ability to resonate, transform, and leave echoes long after the final note fades.
A portion of the concert proceeds will benefit the PGH Medical Foundation.
