UPAA Kapihan ng Bayan sa UP “Transforming the Philippine Electoral Process Towards Greater Transparency and Credibility”

We are pleased to invite you to a session of Kapihan ng Bayan sa UP at 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 via webinar.
This Kapihan session is being done in partnership with Vinzon’s Policy Center or VPC. VPC is a multi-disciplinary group of professionals whose fervent wish is to propose optimal solutions to burning issues after thorough analysis and deliberation. It has no political
affiliation or ambition except to follow in the heels of Wenceslao Vinzons, a UP graduate with an enviable academic and student leadership record who later served the government and the people faithfully till he was killed by the invaders in WW2.

Kapihan ng Bayan sa UP is a public service project of the UPAA which aims to serve as a regular forum for intelligent and constructive discussion of issues relevant to our development as a nation.
