PARALLEL SESSION 3: ON CONTRACTUALIZATION AND GENDER
CHAM PEREZ is the current Executive Director of the Center for Women’s Resources (CWR). She leads CWR in supporting movement building initiatives in grassroots women’s communities through its research, education, and advocacy programs that tackles a broad range of women’s development issues on economic empowerment, socio-cultural rights, and political participation.
She works with grassroots communities in crafting policy recommendations and facilitates their engagement with policymakers at the local and national level, as well as coordinating regional and global engagements around the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
ROLLIE DE LOS REYES is a registered guidance counselor and a licensed professional teacher working as a guidance services specialist at the University of the Philippines Diliman. He completed his college degree in Secondary Education major in Mathematics and his masters degree in Education major in Guidance in UP Diliman. He is a member of the board of trustees of Pro-Life Philippines and Family and Pastoral Counseling Association of the Philippines.
He is currently the president of the All UP Academic Employees Union Diliman chapter. A Bosconian at heart and a good friend to all.
EVA GARCIA-CADIZ is the Vice President of All UP Workers Union Diliman Chapter. As Vice-President, it is his duty to oversee the programs and activities of the Union. She is one of the main ones who produce proposals and oversees the activities of AUPWU in Diliman during Women’s Month together with its council member.
She is also the administrative officer of the UP College of Music, Secretary of UP Credit Cooperative, president of the LETS GO Movement in Brgy. Graceville San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, and founder of LET’S GO Babae.
