The Department of Nutrition invites you to the 1st Nutritional Status Assessment Symposium with the theme “Innovations in Nutritional Assessment: From Bench to Policy and Practice” in line with the 4th Intensive Training Course on Assessment of Nutritional Status.
The short course will provide its participants with an overview of the common nutrition assessment tools and issues related to its use, advances in NSA methodology and selected technology, with emphasis on body composition, biochemical and clinical indicators related to macro and micronutrient deficiencies, and the practice use of dietary assessment methods and tools to assess individual food intake. 🥗🍅🥦🌽🍠🍊
