UPOU Women’s Month Opening Program

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) continuously highlights the celebration of both National Women’s Month and International Women’s Day this March 2024.
This year’s theme, UPOU Working for Progress, Equality, and Inclusivity through Enhanced Community Engagement within Open and Distance e-learning, highlights the importance of investing in women’s empowerment, gender equality, and inclusivity. It also hopes to expedite and sustain progress in different aspects of society. This theme also underscores UPOU’s commitment to empowering women through education and technology.
Join us as we kick off the Women’s Month Celebration on March 6, 2024! An opening program will be held at the UPOU CCDL Auditorium (4:00 TO 5:30 PM) with Dr. Joane V. Serrano, Dean of the Faculty of Management and Development Studies, as resource speaker.
