Capacity Building Seminar-Workshop for LIS Educators (CBLISE) 2026

The University of the Philippines School of Library and Information Studies (UP SLIS) is pleased to announce that pre-registration is now open for the Capacity Building Seminar-Workshop for LIS Educators (CBLISE) 2026, to be held on 19–21 October 2026.

CBLISE 2026 continues to strengthen the capacities of Library and Information Science (LIS) educators and academic programs across the country through timely discussions on research, program development, quality assurance, extension, gender mainstreaming, and information justice.

The sessions will be facilitated by UP SLIS faculty members and are designed to provide LIS educators with practical perspectives, strategies, and opportunities for professional and institutional development.
