PROJECT AND ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT

Recognizing the importance of the field, the Professional Engineering Training Division of the National Engineering Center developed the training on Project Management, designed to educate people new to projects and for current, experienced project leaders who need to reassess or strengthen their methods. In this training, a combination of lecture-discussion, problem-solving exercises, case studies, and workshop presentations will be used to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between participants and lecturers.

On the other hand, the training on Engineering Management is an introductory course designed to equip aspiring and current engineering leaders with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to excel in managing engineering projects and organizations. It aims to enhance the management and leadership skills of participants, particularly those responsible for technical or technology-related tasks.
